Inside Passage Electric Cooperative, or IPEC, is a non-profit, consumer owned electric utility serving over 1,300 members in the rural Southeast Alaska communities of Hoonah, Kake, Chilkat Valley, Angoon, and Klukwan.

The ACES heat pump rebate program could be your ticket to saving big
on heating costs! There is no income cap on the $4,000 rebate, with
even larger rebates for households that meet lower income
requirements. This program is available to households switching from
fuel-based (oil, gas, propane, and wood) heating systems to heat
pumps in communities from Metlakatla to Kodiak!
